High Noon: Dying Ain't No Way to Live is a free text-based, "choose your own adventure" style game that puts you in the boots of an Old West gunman just as he's called out to draw his pistol against a rival. But no fight--especially one involving bad blood, gunpowder, and iron--is that easy.

High Noon is a short interactive fiction that attempts to stretch out the tense moments leading up to a gunfight, and seeks to answer one simple question, what would you do?

Please note: To spoof No Country For Old Men, "There will be bugs". This initial release candidate is a proof of concept that contains roughly one tenth of the final story. Expect some feature not to work, but know I'll be uploading fixes and more content regularly. So, playing this demo will give you a good idea of what will come.
